Piczo gives you the power to allow whoever you want to view your site!
Please go to the Piczo home page and near where you login, click the blue Forgot Password . This will take you to the Forgotten Password page. There, you can provide your email address and it will cause an email to be sent to you with your username and password. If you don't get an email, please check your junk mail folder. It is possible that your mail program sent the "forgotten password" email to the spam folder. If you still have not received it, please go to http://pic3.piczo.com/public/piczo2/piczoContact.jsp for additional support options. Difference between Hits and Visitors?
A visitor is each person that visits your site, per day. For example, if Joe visits your site 3 times today that will be counted as 1 visitor. If he visits your site 3 more times tomorrow, your visitor count will increase to 2 visitors. A hit is the number of times your page is viewed per day. For example, if Joe visits your site 3 times today that will be counted as 3 hits. If he visits your site 3 more times tomorrow, your hit will increase to 6 hits. That's why they may not match. Learn about an Enter Page

This article has some useful information on what might be causing the issue with the Avast! Anti-Virus software: http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=24059.new;topicseen#new
Page Editor/Tool Bar Does Not Work on all Pages
Are you unable to edit your page or access the Tool Bar?
If so, try one of the following options:
- Update to the newest version of Internet Explorer (IE 7)
- Switch to the latest version of the Mozilla Firefox browser
- If you’re using the Windows operating system, download the latest Service Pack
Can't Delete Items
Try to fix the problem using our Safe Mode. Here is how:
- Click on My Site tab or Edit My Site.
- Click the Safe Mode link that is near Tools.
- Once your page is in Safe Mode, try to delete the image.
Finding Bad HTML
Question
Bad HTML is usually HTML code that doesn't have a closing HTML tag. Each HTML block of code should have a beginning and end. For example, and .
If you can determine what's missing, you can either fix it or delete it. And that should fix your issue.
Cannot Upload Pictures
Try these things!
- Please make sure your picture format is either a .jpg, .gif, or a .bmp.
- The file must be less than 5,000,000 bytes (5 MB).
- Try using a different web browser. Piczo is supported on Internet Explorer, Netscape, and Firefox. Internet Explorer usually works well.
- When loading pictures, make sure the page finishes loading before you begin doing anything else (look at the IE symbol or whatever symbol you have in the top right corner of your browser window). If you click on something else before the page finishes loading, your changes will not be saved.
- Clear your browser cache. This article tells you how: http://www.ivytech.edu/reference/cache.html
Still Cannot Upload Pictures
Please try these 3 steps:
- Install Firefox. Go to http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/ and install the latest version of Firefox. Try to load your pictures again. If that doesn't work try Step 2.
- Install Java and test. Go to http://java.com/en/download/index.jsp and install the latest version of Java. Try to load your picture again. If that doesn't work try Step 3.
- Try to load the same picture from a different PC (maybe a friend's). If it works on a different PC, then the problem is on your personal computer system. If it doesn't work, you may have a corrupted picture.
Page is Broken
You probably have bad HTML.
Try to fix the problem using our Safe Mode.
Try to remove the most recently added HTML code first.
